1. What Bluebird is
Bluebird ("we", "us") provides free, browser-based utilities at bluebirdtools.app and any subdomains ("the Service"). The Service is free to use and does not require an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law that applies to you, including copyright, privacy, and export laws.
- Create malware, phishing pages, harassment material, or non-consensual sexual content.
- Attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service in ways that harm other users.
- Redistribute the Service as your own product without written permission.

3. Your content
You keep 100% ownership of any file you process with Bluebird. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive, store, or claim any right to your content. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to process the files you use.
4. Contributions from users
If you submit a tool, patch, translation, or other contribution, you agree to the terms of the Contributor Agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Bluebird name, logo, wordmark, visual design, and site copy are owned by us. Individual tools may be released under open-source licenses; when they are, the license notice will appear in the source. You may link to Bluebird freely.
6. Third-party libraries
Bluebird uses open-source libraries (for example, pdf.js, ffmpeg.wasm, and others). Those libraries are provided under their own licenses. Nothing in these Terms overrides those licenses.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tool outputs — file sizes, conversions, calculations, generated passwords, PDFs, images — are provided for convenience. 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluebird and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you will not exceed one US dollar (USD 1.00).

10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or remove access, tools, or content at our discretion, especially in response to abuse or legal requirements.
11. Governing law
These Terms are provided under a jurisdiction-neutral approach. Where a specific jurisdiction is required by law, disputes will be governed by the laws applicable to the user's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be noted on the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
