1. You own your work
You keep the copyright to whatever you submit. This agreement does not transfer ownership.
2. You grant Bluebird a license to use it
You grant Bluebird a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and sublicense your contribution as part of the Bluebird Service. This is what lets us host your tool for other users.
3. You have the right to submit it
You confirm that:
- You wrote the contribution yourself, or you have permission to submit it.
- Your contribution does not knowingly infringe anyone else's copyright, patent, or trademark.
- Any third-party code you include is compatible with open-source distribution and clearly attributed.
- If you are contributing on behalf of your employer, you have their permission.
4. Credit
Accepted contributions are credited on the tool page and on the Contributors wall. If you want a specific display name, link, or handle, tell us in your submission. You can request removal or a change to your credit by emailing Pankajchavan944@gmail.com.
5. No compensation
Bluebird is a free service and contributions are unpaid. Recognition is the point. We may introduce optional sponsorships or tips in the future, and if we do, contributors will be told first.
6. We may decline or remove contributions
We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any contribution — for quality, accessibility, privacy, security, legal, or product-fit reasons. Removal does not affect the credit on tools that shipped previously.
7. Warranty disclaimer
Contributions are provided "AS IS" without warranty. You are not liable for issues that arise from Bluebird's use of your contribution, provided you submitted it in good faith following the terms above.
