What we can act on
Because tools run in your browser and we do not store user files, most "content" on Bluebird is our own site copy, blog posts, and contributor-submitted tools. Takedown notices should target one of those.
Submitting a takedown notice
Email Pankajchavan944@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include:
- Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on Bluebird where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to review valid notices within 5 business days and will remove or disable access to material that meets the criteria.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, email us at the same address with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice" and include your contact information, the removed material's URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate the ability of repeat infringers to contribute tools or content to Bluebird.
Bad-faith notices
Under DMCA § 512(f), knowingly filing a false takedown notice can lead to liability. Please only submit notices for content you genuinely own or represent.
