Prohibited uses
- Illegal content — child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, incitement of violence, terrorism, or human trafficking. We report CSAM to relevant authorities.
- Malware & phishing — do not use Bluebird to build, obfuscate, or distribute malware, phishing pages, or credential-harvesting kits.
- Harassment — do not generate content that harasses, threatens, or defames specific individuals.
- Copyright & IP infringement — do not process content you have no right to use.
- Sanctioned use — do not use Bluebird if you are located in a jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions that prohibit access.
- Scraping / abuse — do not send automated traffic that degrades the Service for others. Reasonable personal scripting is fine.
- Reselling as your own — do not rebrand Bluebird and resell it. You may link to individual tools freely.
What we can do
We may block access, remove contributed tools, or refuse future contributions from anyone who breaks this policy. In serious cases (illegal content, malware) we may cooperate with law enforcement.
